I am interested in the myriad ways in which technology can be applied to solve urban challenges, having spent the last 5 years dabbling across disciplines from software development to complexity science.
This website highlights some of my academic projects and internship experiences, providing an overview of the skills I have developed over the past few years.

Internships
I interned with the URA’s Design and Planning Lab, where I learnt about how technology is being used to facilitate urban planning.
I was involved in enhancing the ePlanner web application, a geospatial planning analytics tool that incorporates data from a wide range of datasets, from population demographics to public feedback, which planners can overlay onto a map to uncover insights and support decision-making.
I joined Polymerize as part of SGInnovate’s inaugural run of Infinity Series, a Deep Tech immersion programme for students.
Here, I got to witness how AI is being used to accelerate the materials development process and enable breakthroughs in materials science. The experience reaffirmed my belief in the importance of materials science to sustainable development and smart cities.
Accredify issues verifiable digital documents using blockchain technology, such as academic credentials for education institutions.
I worked in a team to build a prototype of an analytics dashboard, which exposed me to everything from data collection to deployment.
Some of my documents that can be verified on opencerts.io:
A website providing information on the biodiversity of England.
A chatbot to respond to Covid-19 related medical queries, built using the DialoGPT (dialogue generative pre-trained transformer) model.
A visual representation of the disparity in income and social outcomes across planning areas in Singapore.
Investigating the resilience of London’s underground network using centrality measures and spatial interaction models.
A spatial regression analysis of the relationship between diet and obesity in London.
A mobile app for residents to report municipal issues, built as part of my final year project in SMU.
